The name “BongBong” holds a special place in our hearts. It’s inspired by Brandon, our beloved brother whose nickname is Bong Bong. His strength, kindness, and unshakable spirit remind us every day that family and faith can overcome anything. Naming our restaurant after him is our way of honoring that love — the kind that brings people together around a shared table.
