Dining Policy – Bong Bong Hot Pot
Time Limit (All-You-Can-Eat Service)
To ensure fair service and availability for all guests, dining is limited to 2 hours per table.
The time begins once your table is seated
Guests may be asked to conclude their dining experience once the time limit is reached
Extensions may be granted at management’s discretion based on availability
Reservations Policy (Large Parties Only)
Reservations are only accepted for parties of 10 or more
Smaller groups are accommodated on a walk-in basis
Large party reservations must arrive on time
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation

Bong Bong Hot Pot provides a self-cooking dining experience involving open heat sources and boiling liquids. By dining with us, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
Hot pots, burners, and boiling broth pose a risk of burns or injury
Guests are responsible for exercising caution while cooking and handling food
Children must be closely supervised at all times
Bong Bong Hot Pot is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidance, or lack of supervision
Guests agree to follow all staff instructions regarding the safe use of equipment
